شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أُنزِلَ فِيهِ ٱلْقُرْءَانُ هُدًۭى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَـٰتٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلْهُدَىٰ وَٱلْفُرْقَانِ ۚ فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ ٱلشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ
Ramaḍân is the month in which the Quran was revealed as a guide for humanity with clear proofs of guidance and the standard ˹to distinguish between right and wrong˺. So whoever is present this month, let them fast.

Ramadan at ISOC UNSW

Every year, by the grace of Allah, ISOC organises verious activity for the both campus and community brothers and sisters. This includes Taraweeh prayer, Iftaar, qiyamul lail (night prayer). In addition to these events, to serve the global ummah, ISOC UNSW organises iftar overses, collect and distribute zakat.

Taraweeh Prayer for Brothers and Sisters

Join us each Ramadan for a spiritually uplifting experience with our Taraweeh prayers at ISOC UNSW. Every year, we come together to observe these special prayers, enhancing our Ramadan nights with reflection and connection to the divine. Our Taraweeh is open for both brothers and sisters
